This video showcases a series of cars which were planned to appear in Gran Turismo 2, but sadly, never made it into the game.
In fact, these cars were barely started at all. Most of them only appear as text strings on the demos, while some had logos created for them as well.

Information about these cars was sourced from various places, including The Cutting Room Floor. It's an awesome site that catalogues various beta features, glitches, bugs etc. on multiple games, including Gran Turismo!
