How to Share & Play Facebook Videos in WhatsApp on iOS/Android

WhatsApp's newest update allows users to share and play videos from Facebook directly in their WhatsApp chats without leaving the app! Watch this video tutorial to learn how to use this new feature!

To start, scroll through your Facebook timeline to find a video you want to share. When you find one, tap Share below the video player window. From the pop-up menu, select Copy Link. Go back to your home screen and launch WhatsApp. Select the chat with the friend you want to share the video with. Tap the text box at the bottom, then tap it again to reveal a pop-up menu. Tap Paste to insert the video link, then wait a second until the video preview window appears above the text box. Once the preview window has appeared, tap Send to share the video. Now that you’ve shared the video, you can watch it within WhatsApp by tapping Play. The video will begin playing in an overlay window without requiring you to leave the app! If you want, you can even switch chats and keep watching the video. Move the video player window around with your finger, or pinch with 2 fingers to resize the player window. If you want to close the video player, tap the video, then tap the X in the top left corner of the window.
